International Short Film Competition: submissions opening December 15th

At the heart of the Festival is the International Competition dedicated to short films up to 3 minutes long: a programme of works selected through a call for entries, without divisions into categories, styles or techniques, in search of short films made in any format, in any place and any time, produced from 1st January 2020.
